During a recent “shopping insurance” effort the response from Worthen Insurance exceeded my expectations. That isn’t usually the case in contacting other local Pearland/Friendswood area insurance brokers. The Worthen representative provided a clear and easy to understand comparison document of my current auto/home/flood/umbrella insurance policies with two other companies they proposed. My home insurance doesn’t renew until August 2025 so a little early in exploring options but was pleasantly surprised at their thorough response. I’ll revisit with them in July 2025 to check on alternate insurance carrier options at that point. However, I did take this opportunity to switch to their proposed flood insurance carrier and reduced my premium (as my flood insurance renewed at the end of February 2025). I’ll emphasize the documentation they provided for my consideration of switching insurance companies was hugely beneficial.
